A gorgeous arch of pumpkins and lights adorns the already splendid view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the East River this fall. It is located on the Heineken Riverdeck at Pier 17, in South Street, New York. And best of all, it’s open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through November 8.
