What’s New in November in New York City
Although we continue to restrict a large number of activities coming up with the end of the year holidays (including Thanksgiving Day), there are some events and reopens of places that have been given the green light to continue. So we will talk about that in this post because November can be an incredible month if we continue on the right track.
Remember to wear a mask, mask, and gloves. Wash your hands properly several times a day. If this is not possible, use an antibacterial gel. Keep a distance of at least 6 feets from other people. By following these rules, you are helping to stop the current global pandemic.
Aunque seguimos con restricciones en una gran cantidad de las actividades que se avecinan con las fiestas de fin de año (incluyendo Día de Acción de Gracias), hay algunos eventos y reaperturas de lugares que han recibido luz verde para continuar. Así que de eso hablaremos en esta entrada, pues noviembre puede ser un mes increíble si seguimos en el camino correcto.
Recuerda usar cubrebocas, careta y guantes. Lava tus manos adecuadamente varias veces al día; si esto no te es posible, usa gel antibacterial. Mantén una distancia de al menos 1.5 m con otras personas. Al seguir estas normas, estás colaborando para frenar la actual pandemia mundial.
Beetle House NYC is back by Halloween

This is truly the only place in all of New York where Halloween is full all 365 days a year. And although due to the pandemic it had to close its doors for a few months, now they have prepared themselves and want you to visit them again at the end of October, which is when their reopening will be official. So on October 31, the rare and spooky dishes will return to be served to the risky. Beetle House NYC will have a take-out and delivery service, so there is no excuse to miss it!.

An ode to social distancing is definitely this exhibition prepared by The Flatiron / 23rd Street Partnership and Van Alen Institute. They have called it Point of Action and it will be available from November 23 and through January 1, 2021. The exact place for you to go is the Flatiron Public Plazas between Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and 23rd Street, in Manhattan.

The Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park

Christmas lights will return to Bryant Park thanks to The Bank of America Winter Village. And although we were not certain as to the return of the Christmas villages in New York, in the end, it was resolved that their return would be possible, but with new regulations due to the current pandemic. And it will not be until the last days of October that we will be able to access its classic attractions, such as the skating rink and the village with a lot of seasonal accessories. Volverán las luces de Navidad a Bryant Park gracias a The Bank of America Winter Village. Y aunque nos mantuvimos en suspenso las últimas semanas esperando lo que se decidiría en cuanto a las villas navideñas en Nueva York, al final se resolvió que su regreso sí sería posible, pero con una nueva normativa debido a la actual pandemia. Y no será hasta finales de octubre que podremos acceder a sus clásicas atracciones, como la pista de patinaje y la villa con un montón de accesorios de temporada. We could not leave out the iconic parade from our New York streets. This time it will be Tuesday, November 26, and the beginning has been renewed to adapt to the new circumstances that the entire world is going through. There will be great new inflatables and those that were loved by the spectators of the past years will return.
No podíamos dejar fuera al icónico desfile de nuestras calles neoyorquinas.
