The New World continues remembering Christopher Columbus, mainly because he was the first navigator to trace a route from Europe to Las Indias, now known as the American Continent. And in NYC, that remembrance takes shape in a parade organized by the Italian and Spanish community will start from the 5th. Avenue and will continue through the 47th and 72th St. A mass in honor of this cause will be held in the Cathedral of St. Patrick.
