The festival of San Gennaro is one of the most important for the Italian community in New York. The place chosen for such an event is obviously Little Italy in Manhattan. Thousands of people not only from NYC but from all over the country come to witness the magnitude of the joy that overflows this day. The party will begin on September 12 with a series of rituals that will culminate on the 22nd.

La fiesta de San Gennaro es una de las más importantes para la comunidad italiana en Nueva York. El lugar elegido para tal evento es evidentemente Little Italy en Manhattan. The German-American Steuben Parade was founded in 1957 by German immigrants established in the United States. It is celebrated every third Saturday of September. But the first to be carried out was in 1956 in Ridgewood, Queens. Now, the same place is held at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and concludes the tour on Myrtle Avenue. Now in the 5th. Avenida is remembered with a special and emotional parade.

In the original place of the German-American Steuben Parade, on Myrtle Avenue, Glendale, you will find Zum Stammtisch a traditional German restaurant founded in 1972 by John Lehner, originally from Bavaria. On the menu you will find Bratwurst, Krainerwust and Knockwurst, the most popular German sausages. In addition, the most traditional Bavarian beers are found there.


En el lugar originario del German-American Steuben Parade, en la Avenida Myrtle, Glendale, encontrarás Zum Stammtisch un restaurante tradicional alemán fundado en 1972 por John Lehner, originario de Bavaria. En el menú encuentras bratwurst, krainerwust y knockwurst, las más populares salchichas alemanas. Además las más tradicionales cervezas bávaras las encuentras ahí.
